My Knight in "Shining" Armor!!!

Dallin and I had the amazing opportunity to attend cub scout day camp! As you can see, we had a great time pretending to be the knights of the roundtable!

Taylor is on her 4th year of the clarinet, and Dallin just started on the saxophone. They sound pretty good together doing their scales.

SOLD!!!!!

Pretty soon, we hope to use this very front door to welcome all of you into "our" new home!!! The home inspection is next Wednesday, so if all goes well, we will close on July 15th! All we can say is "YIPPPPPPEEEEEEEEE!!!"

We made an offer! Now the waiting begins!

We should know by week's end whether this could be ours!!!!


The only thing that Tim doesn't like about this house is how close the neighbors are. You can see their house peeking through the trees as you look from the deck. Hopefully they are good neighbors!

I think we found it!!!!!!!

Down the winding drive-way, on 6 beautiful acres, won't this porch look just fabulous with a swing for mom and me!

The country charm I have been looking for!

It even has a dishwasher!!!!

So after months of looking (it feels like years!!!) and after going through hundreds of houses (that's what it feels like), I think we have finally found the ONE!

Look what we found in our backyard yesterday!

Tim spotted this Painted Turtle, Dallin and Carley headed over for a closer inspection.

What a Party it was!

"Mom, I need an awesome birthday party for my 13th birthday!" So we tried to make it awesome!

Here is the before picture! The object of the game: to eat as many M&M's as they could, without using their hands, in a plate full of whipped cream!
